One of our recent clients wanted to organize a surprise 30th birthday party in Greece for eight close friends and family. They envisioned a private, luxurious villa with stunning sea views, offering both indoor and outdoor dining spaces, complete with an authentic Grecian table and bespoke charcuterie boards.
During our initial consultation, we mapped out their vision and preferences. We researched and presented our top five villa options, complete with detailed mood boards showcasing potential themes, color schemes, decor ideas, and local ambiance.
Within days, we identified a beautiful seafront villa that matched the guest capacity, aesthetic, and budget. To ensure everything was in place, we coordinated with the villa management to confirm all of the client’s requirements.
With links in Greece, we arranged for the delivery of local gourmet ingredients, honoring culinary traditions.
In addition to the dinner party, we provided suggestions for local activities, beach bars, charming villages, and restaurants to explore, all with a flexible itinerary to accommodate the guests. We managed the decor, music, dining setup, and overall theme to align perfectly with our client’s preferences. Throughout the planning process, we kept the client informed and engaged. Our blend of local expertise and logistical planning resulted in a delightful experience, leaving a lasting impression on everyone involved.

48-hour Dinner Party
While 48-hour turnarounds are not typical, we can accommodate urgent requests depending on the preparation needed. Recently, we had the pleasure of organizing an impromptu dinner party for a client who urgently reached out to help them plan and host a dinner party in her home.
Given the tight timeline, we quickly made intentional decisions that aligned with the client’s vision. She opted for a fully themed dinner party service, including table settings and bespoke charcuterie boards for 10 guests - this usually requires a minimum of three weeks notice.
We accelerated our processes without compromising on quality, maintaining constant communication to ensure we were aligned on adjustments and the main theme of the event.
The final result exceeded our client’s expectations. Guests were delighted by the gourmet charcuterie boards, featuring a selection of cheeses, meats, fruits, and artisan bread. This centerpiece, combined with a comfortable ambiance created by soft lighting, elegant floral arrangements, and high-quality tableware, perfectly complemented the theme.
